The Center for Transforming Culture provides one-on-one coaching to managers and leaders who can use some individualized support developing a culture of trust and collaboration on their team, so that efficiency and outcomes can thrive. Our methods focus on creating a safe, judgement-free space to talk about current issues; using data to analyze the strengths and challenges of each manager's leadership style; and offering tools, strategies and resources to strengthen their approach so that all members of the team feel empowered to do their best work.
