The Kaleidoscope method brings people together from different teams and (sometimes opposing) perspectives, helping everyone get on the same page and moving in the same direction. It allows teams let go of conflict and historical challenges by refocusing efforts on co-creating solutions for the future.
The protocol includes a rapid-paced strategic planning session that identifies a common vision for change, and helps the group come to consensus on how to achieve that vision together. Cross-divisional teams then sign up to design, test and ultimately scale innovations to ensure strategies are implemented effectively, so the vision becomes reality. The method is grounded in several cutting-edge organizational development principles including human-centered design, positive psychology, and participatory action research.
